I called DHL back and tried to verify the information re: the hold. The person I spoke with was the Custom’s manager in AQ. The other person I spoke to was mistaken. It was not the shipper (TVC) who placed the hold, it was the IT Customs Dept. I managed to get them to release it, and it will be delivered on time. Thank you, Shalin!
