Return Policy

Before returning, please read carefully and follow strictly the instructions as below. You can also contact our sales, and we will help you.

For Spare parts Only (suits mobile phone spare parts, game console or computer)

We gurantee that almost all spare parts are tested before shipment, specially for lcd and touch screen digitizers.

1.  All returns: must be sent back within 7 days of receipt. A valid tracking number is requested to prove the date of returning.

2.  We only accept products in their original conditions.  We are not responsible for any breaking, scratch or loss caused by poor packing, unreasonable laying, nor responsible for mis-used or  assembled parts.

3.  All returns must be informed with Tvc acknowledgement before real return happens. Our sales who follows the order should be informed in advance.

4.  Returns should be made by mail post service, no DHL, no UPS nor TNT. There must be a tracking number which could be followed on relative website. Otherwise, we’re not responsible for any duties on China side.

5.  Returns must be sent with below contact information. We’re not responsible for any return marked wrong receiver or wrong address.
